Cat treats, and how to use them well
Cats are not motivated the way dogs are, which makes a treat one of the few tools that genuinely works — for medication, for carrier training, for building trust with a nervous rescue. We stock 6 cat treats: lickable tubes, freeze-dried meat, crunchy bites, dental treats and hairball chews.
Delivery and returns
Cat treats are delivered anywhere in Hyderabad the same day, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Orders placed after 4:30 PM arrive next day by 12 PM. Delivery is free on orders over ₹799 in Hyderabad. Common questions
Can I use treats to give my cat medicine?
Lickable tubes work well for liquid medication and crushed tablets, though many cats detect bitter drugs regardless. Ask a vet about pill pockets or compounded flavouring for difficult medicines.
Are dental treats worth it for cats?
They help with plaque but not existing tartar. Cats hide dental pain extremely well — if there is smell or drooling, that needs examination rather than a treat.
How many treats can I give a day?
For an average 4kg cat, roughly 20 to 25 calories, which is a few small pieces or one lickable tube. Reduce the meal slightly on days you use more.
My cat ignores treats entirely. Is that normal?
Some cats are genuinely unmotivated by food, particularly if free-fed all day. Try removing the constant dry food bowl and offering treats on a schedule — value comes from scarcity.
