Cuddle Paws Co stocks 1,068 veterinary pharmacy products for dogs and cats — antibiotics, dewormers, tick and flea treatments, anti-inflammatories, eye and ear preparations, dermatological treatments and supportive care. Everything is stored under controlled conditions at our Gachibowli store, where a veterinarian is on site.

Prescription first

Antibiotics, steroids and several parasiticides are prescription medicines in India. Have a diagnosis before you buy — the right drug for the wrong condition does nothing at best.

Dose by weight

Veterinary dosing is calculated per kilogram, not per animal. Weigh your pet before dosing. Guessing is the most common cause of both treatment failure and toxicity.

Finish the course

Stopping an antibiotic when symptoms improve is how resistant infections develop. Complete every course your vet prescribes, even if your pet seems fully recovered.

Storage matters

Hyderabad heat degrades many veterinary drugs. Keep medicines below 25°C, out of direct sun, and never in a car. Check expiry before every use.

What we carry

Antiparasitics. Fluralaner, sarolaner, fipronil, selamectin and permethrin-based products as chewable tablets, spot-ons and sprays, plus broad-spectrum dewormers covering roundworm, tapeworm, hookworm and whipworm. See our tick and flea and dewormer ranges.

Antibiotics and antifungals. Doxycycline, cephalexin, cefpodoxime, clindamycin, enrofloxacin, metronidazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole and terbinafine, as tablets, suspensions, creams and medicated shampoos. Dispensed on veterinary direction.

Pain, inflammation and skin. Meloxicam, carprofen and robenacoxib for pain management, oclacitinib and cyclosporine for atopic dermatitis, plus topical wound care and antiseptic sprays. Related: skin care.

Organ and supportive care. Cardiac medicines including pimobendan and benazepril, thyroid support, renal and hepatic preparations, anti-emetics, probiotics and electrolyte supplements. Related: liver and kidney care and gut health.

Prescriptions and our vet

A veterinarian is on site at our West Side Shopping Mall store in Indira Nagar, Gachibowli, open 10 AM to 10 PM daily. If you are unsure whether a medicine is right for your pet, whether the dose matches their weight, or whether a symptom needs examination rather than treatment, ask before you buy. We would rather send you home without a sale than with the wrong drug.

For prescription-only medicines, bring or send your veterinary prescription. If your pet has not been examined, book a consultation instead — treating a misdiagnosed condition wastes time that a sick animal often does not have.

Delivery and returns

Pharmacy orders are delivered anywhere in Hyderabad the same day, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Orders placed after 4:30 PM arrive next day by 12 PM. Delivery is free on orders over ₹799 in Hyderabad. Outside Hyderabad we send by courier across India, and the courier's charge is shown at checkout for your pin code. See Delivery across India. Common questions

Do I need a prescription to buy pet medicine?

For antibiotics, steroids and several other categories, yes. Supplements, most dewormers and many tick and flea products are available without one. If you are unsure, ask our vet at the Gachibowli store before ordering.

Can I give my dog human medicine?

Not without veterinary direction. Paracetamol and ibuprofen are toxic to dogs and cats at doses that seem small. Even where the same molecule is used, the dose and formulation differ considerably.

How often should I deworm my pet?

Every three months for most adult dogs and cats. Puppies and kittens need more frequent treatment in their first six months. Your vet will advise based on age, lifestyle and local parasite exposure.

Are these medicines genuine?

Every product is stored under controlled conditions. Batch numbers and expiry dates are visible on every pack we dispatch.

My pet seems better. Can I stop the antibiotic?

No. Stopping early is a leading cause of antibiotic resistance and relapse. Complete the full course your vet prescribed, then follow up if symptoms return.
