Cuddle Paws Co sends pet food, treats and supplies by courier to addresses across India. In Hyderabad we deliver ourselves, the same day.
Outside Hyderabad, by courier
Put your things in the basket and type your pin code at checkout. If a courier delivers there, you see "Courier delivery" and its charge before you pay.
The charge is what the courier asks for a parcel of your basket's weight to your pin code. We add nothing to it.
Courier orders are paid online, in advance. Cash on delivery is for Hyderabad only.
We send your order by courier, so we cannot promise a delivery day. Delivery time depends on the courier.

What cannot go by courier
- Prescription medicines are delivered only in Hyderabad.
- Some large items, such as certain beds, carriers and litter trays, cannot be sent by courier yet. The checkout tells you before you pay.
- Pin codes the courier does not serve. The checkout tells you.

We deliver ourselves, the same day: order by 4:30 PM and it arrives between 10 AM and 6 PM. Orders after 4:30 PM arrive the next day by 12 PM. Delivery is free on orders of ₹799 and above, and ₹49 below that.
Cash on delivery is available in Hyderabad.

How much does delivery cost?
In Hyderabad delivery is free on orders of ₹799 and above, and ₹49 below that. Outside Hyderabad you pay what the courier charges for your basket's weight to your pin code, shown at checkout before you pay; we add nothing to it.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes, by courier to pin codes across India that the courier serves. Type your pin code at checkout to see "Courier delivery" and its charge. Courier orders are paid online in advance, and the delivery day depends on the courier.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is for Hyderabad only. Courier orders outside Hyderabad are paid online, in advance.
Do you deliver pet medicines?
Prescription medicines are delivered only in Hyderabad. Upload a valid prescription from a registered vet with your order; our pharmacist checks it first, so these orders may not arrive the same day.
