Litter box setup

Litter boxes and trays

The box is the half of the equation people skip. Too small, badly placed or too dirty, and a cat will quietly find somewhere else — and that is far harder to undo than getting it right first time. We stock 30 litter boxes and trays, open, hooded and top-entry.

Size it properly

At least one and a half times your cat's length from nose to tail base. Most trays sold in India are too small for an adult cat, and a cramped box is a common reason cats stop using one.

One per cat, plus one

Two cats, three boxes, placed apart rather than side by side. Cats guard resources and one blocked from the only tray will go elsewhere.

Hooded needs more cleaning

Covers stop scatter and give privacy, but odour concentrates inside. If it smells to you from a metre away, the cat inside it is finding it far worse.

Placement decides everything

Quiet, away from food and water, and not in a dead-end corner. Cats want to see what is approaching while they are vulnerable.

Delivery and returns

Litter boxes are delivered anywhere in Hyderabad in 60 to 90 minutes, between 10 AM and 8 PM. Orders placed after 6:30 PM arrive next day by 12 PM. Delivery is free on Hyderabad orders over ₹799, and free over ₹999 across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We ship pan-India. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days.

Common questions

What size litter box does my cat need?

One and a half times body length, nose to tail base. Large cats often do better with a plastic storage box than anything sold as a litter tray.

Open or hooded?

Cats generally prefer open. Hooded suits households wanting less scatter and smell, but only if you scoop daily — enclosed odour builds fast.

Where should I put the litter box?

Somewhere quiet and accessible, away from food, with a clear line of sight. Avoid laundry rooms where a sudden noise can put a cat off the spot permanently.
