Most fish deaths in home aquariums come from water quality rather than feeding, and overfeeding is the usual cause of both. We stock 5 aquarium products — flakes, pellets, granules and treats for tropical, goldfish and community tanks.
Delivery and returns
Aquarium supplies are delivered anywhere in Hyderabad the same day, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Orders placed after 4:30 PM arrive next day by 12 PM. Delivery is free on orders over ₹799 in Hyderabad. Common questions
How often should I feed my fish?
Once or twice daily, only as much as is consumed within two minutes. Adult fish tolerate a missed day easily; they tolerate overfeeding far less well.
Why is my tank water cloudy?
Usually a bacterial bloom from overfeeding or an uncycled tank. Reduce feeding, test the water, and do partial water changes rather than a full clean.
Can I feed goldfish tropical fish food?
Occasionally, but goldfish need lower protein and higher carbohydrate than tropical species. A goldfish-specific food is better long-term.
Do fish need feeding while I'm away?
Healthy adult fish manage several days without food. For longer trips, an automatic feeder is more reliable than asking someone to feed them, who will almost certainly overfeed.
