Ear and eye care for dogs and cats

Ear infections are one of the most common reasons dogs see a vet in India, and Hyderabad's humidity is a large part of why. We stock 79 ear and eye care products — cleaners, flushes, drops, wipes and tear stain removers.

Clean ears weekly

Floppy-eared and swimming dogs need it most. A weekly check catches smell, redness and discharge before they become a painful infection needing medication.

Never use cotton buds

They push debris deeper and risk perforating the eardrum. Fill the canal with cleaner, massage the base, then let the dog shake and wipe only what you can see.

Tear staining is not dirt

The reddish-brown stain under a white dog's eyes is porphyrin from tears. It needs a tear stain product and, often, a look at why the eye is watering in the first place.

Know when to stop and call

Head tilt, sudden pain, a cloudy or bulging eye, or squinting after an injury all need same-day veterinary attention rather than a cleaner.

Delivery and returns

Ear and eye care products are delivered anywhere in Hyderabad in 60 to 90 minutes, between 10 AM and 8 PM. Orders placed after 6:30 PM arrive next day by 12 PM. Delivery is free on Hyderabad orders over ₹799, and free over ₹999 across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We ship pan-India. Sealed products can be returned within 7 days. Opened drops and flushes cannot be returned.

Common questions

How often should I clean my dog's ears?

Weekly for floppy-eared breeds and dogs that swim, fortnightly for upright ears. Over-cleaning irritates the canal, so do not clean healthy ears daily.

My dog's ear smells. Is that an infection?

Almost certainly. A yeasty or sour smell with head shaking or scratching needs examination — an ear cleaner alone will not clear an established infection. See our pharmacy range for prescribed ear medications.

Can I use human eye drops on my pet?

No. Several human formulations contain steroids or preservatives that damage the cornea in animals, and a scratched cornea treated with steroid drops can perforate.

How do I get rid of tear stains?

Wipe the area daily with a tear stain remover and keep the hair around the eye trimmed. If staining is new or one-sided, get the eye checked — blocked tear ducts and entropion both cause it.
