Delivery is free on orders over ₹799 in Hyderabad, and over ₹999 across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Below that a standard delivery charge applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

How much does dog grooming cost?

Grooming at Cuddle Paws Co in Gachibowli starts at ₹499 for a dry bath, which covers a waterless clean, blow dry, ear cleaning and nail trimming. A full wet bath with blow dry is ₹850, and the premium package with de-shedding is ₹1,300. Final price depends on breed size and coat condition.

Do you offer pet boarding?

Yes. Boarding starts at ₹600 a day at our Gachibowli store, with supervised day and night care. A current vaccination certificate is required.

Is there a vet at the store?

Yes. Dr. Badawath Pavankumar, B.V.Sc & A.H., consults at our Gachibowli store. Vaccination, deworming and general consultation are available. Appointments are preferred, walk-ins welcome.

Do I need a prescription for pet medicines?

Some medicines require a valid veterinary prescription before we can dispense them, in line with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Over-the-counter items such as dewormers, tick and flea spot-ons and supplements do not.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Opened food, medicines and grooming products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Do you sell pets?

No. We sell products and provide services for pets, but we do not sell animals. If you are looking to bring a pet home, please consider adopting from a local shelter.
