How we started
Cuddle Paws Co started as a neighbourhood store in Gachibowli. It's grown into something bigger — a full-service online pet store serving customers across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. If you're in Warangal, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, or anywhere in between, you now have access to the same premium pet food, accessories, and care products that Hyderabad pet parents have been buying from us in person.
Growing
We carry brands and product categories that most local stores in the region don't stock. Our site is built so you can find what your dog, cat, or small pet actually needs — not just what's available nearby. Orders ship across both states. And if you're local to Hyderabad, you can still walk in or get your pet groomed at our Vijay Nagar Colony shop. Our Gachibowli shop is open too, with grooming, boarding and day care, 10 am to 10 pm every day; its vet clinic is not running at the moment.
What's next
We know pet care in this region is changing fast. More people are switching to breed-specific food, asking better questions about nutrition, and taking grooming seriously. We've been part of that shift — and now we're making it easier for pet owners across Telugu-speaking India to get what their animals actually need, delivered to their door.
Our core values
-
Pets First. Always
Every decision we make starts with one question — is this good for the animal? From the brands we stock to the advice we give, we don't push products that don't work. If something isn't right for your pet, we'll tell you.
-
Real Expertise, Not Just Sales
Our team knows the difference between a German Shepherd's nutritional needs and a Labrador's. We've sat through the questions, the emergencies, and the "my dog won't eat anything" calls. That experience is what you're actually buying when you shop with us.
-
Accessible to Every Pet Owner in the Region
Good pet care shouldn't require living in Hyderabad or knowing the right store. We built Cuddle Paws Co online so a pet owner in Warangal or Nellore gets the same product range and honest guidance as someone walking into our shop in Hyderabad.
