What we will need at check-in
- Vaccination record. Up-to-date vaccination is mandatory for every boarding pet, without exception.
- A tick and flea free pet. We cannot board pets with an active infestation, for the safety of the other animals.
- Your pet’s usual food, so their diet does not change mid-stay.
- Any medication, with clear dosage instructions.
- A contact number that stays reachable while you are away, plus one backup.
Any veterinary treatment needed during the stay is arranged by us and billed to the owner. Full details are in our boarding terms.
