Supplements that earn their place
Most pets on a complete commercial diet do not need supplements, and the ones that do need specific ones for specific reasons. We stock 260 health and wellness products — joint support, multivitamins, calcium, omega oils, probiotics, liver tonics, immunity and appetite support — for dogs and cats.
A few things worth knowing
A complete diet already contains vitamins. Adding a broad multivitamin on top of good commercial food risks oversupply, particularly of fat-soluble vitamins A and D which accumulate rather than being excreted.
Human supplements are not interchangeable. Doses are calculated for a 70kg human, and some formulations contain xylitol, which is severely toxic to dogs. Use veterinary products at veterinary doses.
Liver and kidney support is adjunctive. Silymarin, SAMe and phosphate binders support treatment; they do not replace diagnosis or a prescribed diet. See liver and kidney care.
Appetite stimulants mask a signal. A pet that stops eating is telling you something. Investigate before suppressing the symptom, particularly in cats, where two days without food risks hepatic lipidosis.

Delivery and returns
Supplements are delivered anywhere in Hyderabad in 60 to 90 minutes, between 10 AM and 8 PM. Orders placed after 6:30 PM arrive next day by 12 PM. Delivery is free on Hyderabad orders over ₹799, and free over ₹999 across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We ship pan-India. Sealed packs can be returned within 7 days. Opened supplements cannot be returned.
Common questions
Does my dog need a multivitamin?
Not if eating a complete commercial food. Dogs on home-cooked diets frequently do, because balancing calcium, phosphorus and trace minerals at home is genuinely difficult.
When should I start joint supplements?
From around seven years for most dogs, earlier for large and giant breeds or any dog with diagnosed dysplasia. They work better as prevention than as rescue.
Are calcium supplements good for puppies?
Generally no. Puppies on complete puppy food get the correct ratio already, and excess calcium in large breeds is linked to developmental bone disease.
Can I give my cat fish oil meant for humans?
The oil itself is often similar, but dosing is the problem and some capsules contain additives unsuitable for cats. A veterinary product with cat-appropriate dosing is safer.
How long until I see results?
Probiotics act within days. Joint supplements take four to six weeks. Coat and skin changes from omega oils take six to eight. Anything claiming visible results in a week is overselling.
Can supplements replace veterinary treatment?
No. They support health and can slow the progression of some conditions, but a sick animal needs diagnosis. Our vet is on site at the Gachibowli store.
